Jacqueline Tai
When life came to a virtual standstill during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I was forced to examine where I was in life. Why was I there? What was my purpose for being here and have I fulfilled it? Where do I want to go next?
I have been a real estate agent for over 30 years, and I have seen first-hand the range of emotions that come with buying or selling a home — from the excitement of the first-time home buyers and first-time home sellers, and even first time renters, to the elderly and empty-nesters who are getting ready for the next phase of their life. Life changes demand big decisions, and making big decisions are always very emotional.
Because I am the type of person who likes to make sure my clients are happy, I sometimes doubt the relationship or my understanding of their needs. I wanted to be able to say with conviction to every person, “You are making the right decision.” Yet, somehow, I lacked the self-confidence to make this declaration.
Then, through coaching and mentoring with Bob Proctor and the Proctor Gallagher Institute, I came to realize that everything is based on my perception of what is happening to and around me. Most importantly, I learned that I am in control of how I view events and that I choose how to react and respond.
I caught myself following the status quo of fear and uncertainty, and I let it go.
During the period of shutdown, I achieved my best income-producing years in my real estate career.

Enable My Dreams
Succeeding and achieving my goals has always come easy to me, and I never really gave it a lot of thought.
I was just happy that I was able to achieve what I set out to do.
Through the Bob Proctor training. I came to realize that everything that happens in my life is a direct result of decisions that I make, and so I am in full control of taking my life in the direction that I want to go. I don’t have to leave it to outside forces.
I don’t have to wish. I don’t have to pray. I can consciously decide where I want to be, and it will appear. My goal through Enable Your Dreams is to empower others to excel at whatever they choose to strive for in life or in business.
Do you sometimes feel lost, confused, hopeless or desperate? Or, do you feel energized, hopeful, and wanting to make a difference in the world now? Perhaps you are not sure what you feel… I am here to tell you that you lack nothing.
The way to start on your journey is to take that first step, and a step doesn’t have to be big, or bold, or beautiful. It just needs to be one step. Philanthropy Focused
From a very early age, philanthropy has been an important part of my life.
The first thing that we all have to do is
to become aware of the beliefs that we have and ferret out the ones that are keeping us back. Usually, those are attached to fears. It is possible to replace them with better beliefs that will propel you forward

Being well-educated has helped me achieve success, but there is a large population within society that are not capable of getting the type of education they want and truly need.
To that end, I would like to set up a partnership with charities and associations that wish to make this workshop financially accessible to all that have a strong desire to learn and grow within themselves.
That is why I have set up a donation section on this website so that those who fully appreciate the power of enlightenment and mindset coaching, can positively impact others by sponsoring their learning through a financial donation.
